Early Fourth Of July Party!

Hey awesome doll lovers!  Since I wont be here for the fourth, I decided to post this photo story today!  *BTW, it is all told in POV of Molly*

imageI had set up our annual early fourth of July party!

image

Mmmmm… yummy food!
image

Soon, all of the guests arrived in their cutest patriotic outfits.
imageSaige was wearing a jean jacket and a polka dot skirt that my Grandma sewed.

image

I am wearing the dress that came with kit’s reporter dress.
imageEmily is wearing a dress from Springfield with a red ribbon sash.

image

And kit was wearing a red sun dress sewed by my grandma.

image

I settled the chatter among our guests.  “Who’s hungry?!”  I shouted.  “We are!”  My sisters shouted in unison.
image

I had a hotdog, a coke, and a corn cob!
image

Saige had a hotdog and some corn.
image

Kit had some delicous fried chicken.

image

And Emily was not hungry so she had a coke.
imageOnce I cleared everyone’s plates, i announced it was time for the games and led them to Samantha’s patio.

image

A game of Horse Shoe was set up there!  Soon they gathered around me so I could tell them how to play.
image

“Uhh… how do you even play this?  And who will be against each other?”
image

“All you do is try to throw the horseshoe into the pole, and whoever gets the most horseshoes in wins.  And here are the teams…”
image

“The first team is Saige versus Emily!”
image

“And the second team is Me versus Kit!  Lets get started with Emily!”

imageEmily walked up and began to to toss the horseshoes.

image

Sadly, only one made it in.  😦
imageSaige was up next and she was confident she would win!

image

All three went in!  (She did a little victory dance.)
image

The worthy opponents shook hands next to the giant, human sized chair.
imageNext it was our turn!

image

Kit went first and began taking aim of the horseshoes.
image

Two of them made it in!
image

It was my turn next.
image

I got all three in!
image

We shook hands also by the giant, human sized chair.
imageWe ended our part with a salute to the flag.

Happy Fourth Of July!
