Hello! It’s Samantha, and today I will be displaying my new weekly section on my blog called Trendy Tuesday! Every Tuesday of 2016, I will be showing off an outfit either handmade or bought from a company other than American Girl or Our Generation. This Week, the outfit was made by my Grandma! It is an authentic 1950’s style dress and Maryellen Loves it! Lets take a look!
Here is the whole outfit. It includes a jumper with a double layered skirt for fullness and a cute pastel yellow blouse.
The Straps are fastened with Velcro as well as the back. I love the little red buttons; they are adorable!
Underneath the top skirt, there is a little attached underskirt added for fullness.
The blouse underneath the dress is yellow with whit polka dots. The blouse has puff sleeves and a peter pan collar.
Maryellen and I love this dress! It is very authentic to her time period and cute as well! Thank you grandma!
