GUYS.

It’s October 3rd.

AND IT’S MEAN GIRLS DAY!

aka my favorite movie of all time.  So Rutvi and I have been working really, really hard on this post for a long time, and I’m so excited to finally share it with you all!

“Meet the plastics.  Of course they’re in the same gym class together.”

“Who are the plastics?”

“They’re teen royalty!”

“That one there, that’s Karen Smith.  She is one of the dumbest girls you will ever meet.  I sat next to her in English last year.  She asked me how to spell orange.”  

 

“And that little one?  That’s Gretchen Weiners.  She’s totally rich because her dad invented Toaster Strudels.  Gretchen Weiners knows everybody’s business, she knows everything about everyone. That’s why her hair is so big… it’s full of secrets.”

“And Evil takes a human form in Regina George.  Now don’t be fooled-she may seem like your typical selfish backstabbing brat, but in reality, she is so much worse.  She’s the queen bee, the star.  Those other two are just her little workers.”

“Regina George… how do I even begin to explain Regina George?”

“Hi I’m Karen Smith!  It’s 102 degrees outside and there’s a 30% chance that it’s already sunny!”

“Are you new here?  How come I’ve never seen you before?”

“Oh, I was homeschooled.  I just moved her from Africa.”

“Huh?”

“My mom taught me stuff at home…”

“No, I know what homeschooling is, I’m not stupid.  So you’ve never been to a real school before?”

Cady shook her head.

“Shut up!”

“Um… I didn’t say anything.”

 

“Homeschooled, huh?  That is really interesting!”

“That is SO FETCH!”

“Stop trying to make ‘fetch’ happen Gretchen it IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN,”

“Anyways, I love you bracelet!  Where did you get it?”

“Oh, my mom made it for me…”

“You’re like, really pretty.”

“Thank you!”

“So you agree… you think you’re really pretty.”

“This isn’t something we normally do, but we’d like to invite you to sit with us at lunch for a whole entire week!  How does that sound?”

 

“You have your cousins, your first cousins, then you have your second cousins!”

“I mean this crown is really just a piece of plastic…”  *snap*

“Wow I love your skirt!  Where’d you get it?”

“Thanks!  It’s my mom’s from the eighties!”

“Ooh, vintage!”

“That is the ugliest skirt I’ve ever seen!”
