Paisley Awards 2017 NOMINATION TIME

2017 has been a great year for us doll lovers, a lot of people have joined the AG WordPress Blogging family, and while many have left us, quite a few are still making good quality posts.

Hello and Welcome, to the 2017 Paisley Awards!

Why You Are Seeing This:

We see so many doll blogging awards with the same old winners.  People win 5 awards, and they always win every award show.  The very creators of the awards even win awards! And it’s a hassle to vote and nominate, it takes 30 minutes to fill out a huge form with 70 possible categories, yet only 7 people win awards.    We didn’t think this was fair, and just to be clear, no shade to anyone who does this, it’s just our opinion. 🙂

What this is:

We dollies brainstormed, and we came up with this awesome thing called….  The Paisley Awards!  

This is an award show for ALL doll bloggers.  Last year we only did WP doll bloggers, but we are expanding this year to make it fair for all.  We can’t win, only the people who should win can…. YOU!  And

We Have:

• Only 6 important categories
• REAL physical prizes
• Just easiness all around!

-Best AG doll blog overall

-Best AG doll photography

-Best  AG doll photo stories

-Best AG doll photo series

-Best dressed AG doll blogging family

–Best AG  blog started in 2017

Time For NOMINATIONS!

To nominate people, comment down below.   Nominate people in the order above, and just be sure to tell me:

• If I’m not familiar with the blog, I will kindly request that you link it
• only for AMERICAN GIRL WordPress bloggers (that mainly blog about AG dolls)

GENERAL RULES

• A blogger will not win twice
• This blog will not win
•  I reserve the right to retract nominations if they do not fit the category

Important Dates:

The last day to nominate people is Friday, January 13th, 2018.  

I will post the top nominees on this blog on Monday, January 16th, 2018.

You will be able to vote for the winner on that day.

The last day to vote is Monday, January 23rd, 2018.

I will then contact the winners the next day, and the winners will send me their acceptance speeches, if they choose to accept their award.

I will announce the winners at the Paisley Award Ceremony, on a real stage on Monday, January 30th, 2018.

If you win, I will notify you via email, and you will be able to choose your prize!

THE PRIZES!!

If You win, there are certain levels of prizes depending on the difficult of each category there is to win.

Rose Gold Prizes:

These are for the bloggers who won:  BEST OVERALL, BEST DRESSED  *this is the top level*

• 3 extra entries for future giveaways  (valuable because we are planning a doll giveaway)
• physical prize that can be mailed to you (to be determined, will be doll sized)
• a collab that we will work on in the month of February
• A Paisley Trophy that can be mailed to you

and a poster and card from me, Paisley, to be mailed to you.

Gold Prizes:

You will get to choose two of the above prizes+ a poster and card from me, Paisley to be mailed to you

Silver Prizes:

You will get to choose  one of the above prizes+ a poster and card from me, Paisley to be mailed to you

THE CEREMONY WILL TAKE PLACE ON A REAL STAGE!

Yep!  The Paisley Awards will be announced on a REAL STAGE!  If Samantha has a doll that you have, your “doll” will come up and receive the award.  (Just to be clear, your doll will not be shipped to us or anything.)

And if Samantha DOESN’T have a doll that you have, then a doll that looks like you will receive the award.
